Meet these artists who came back this year with a great album and concert after 14 years of break

Fin.K.L. is considered as a first-generation girl group who debuted simultaneously with S.E.S about whom we talked about yesterday.

At that time when idol groups were following the trend of cute and catchy songs that attracted the teenagers into the music they make, but this girl group debuted with a taste in genres like R&B and then went on with the trend of pop songs which shaped around various genres.

Their debut title track ‘Blue Rain’ was a commercial success and paved the path for many more amazing hits. The group was active till 2005 and separated ways without official disbandment. Even though they stayed in touch with each other, they officially came together in 2019 for a JTBC variety show ‘Camping Club’. This leads them to make an album together after 14 years and came back with small scale concert as thanks to the fans who had supported them all through these years as they continued their solo career.

They, with various first-generation girl groups, have achieved a lot of firsts. One of which was that they were the first girl group in Korea to get 2 awards in an award function.
