Bon Jovi:
John Francis Bongiovi born in Perth Amboy, new jersey with a burning desire to become a rockstar idolising rising stars namely Bruce Springsteen and Asbury jukes. Jon started off with his single “Runaway” in 1980 which got him noticed. Later on Jon and his band caught the eye of record executive Derek Shulman who signed them to PolyGram. They released their first self titled album in January 1984 which went gold, John followed that up with another album “7800 Fahrenheit” which was popular among his fans but not with the press, John slapped the critics with his hit album “Slippery when wet” which went gold then platinum in six weeks and sold fourteen million copies. However John took a break from the showbiz in 1989 and focused on his solo career during which he appeared in his first ever movie “Young Guns ||”. The band later regrouped to release the Grammy nominated album “crush”. Since then Bon Jovi has released singles including “burning bridges” and “lost highway” and still thrills his fans in his heart pumping concerts.
